GETTING STARTED
Signing up.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. Apex is fully self-service from start to finish — there is no sales team to schedule and no one to wait on. You apply, upload, and go live entirely online, at your own pace.
How do I sign up?
Online, in minutes. Fill out the short application, upload your documents through the secure link sent to your email, and e-sign a month-to-month agreement. That is the whole process.
What documents do I need?
A W-9, Articles of Incorporation, EIN letter, a photo ID of the signer, a voided check or bank letter, and a Certificate of Good Standing.
How fast can I start taking payments?
As soon as you are approved, your terminal ships ready to use. Plug it in, power on, and you are live.

What it costs.
Are there monthly fees?
No monthly fees and no monthly minimums.
What does the hardware cost?
Nothing — we cover the terminals. They ship ready to use, and you return them if you cancel.
How do the rebates work?
You earn a rebate on every transaction that grows with your monthly transaction count — up to $1.50 per transaction. You move up tiers automatically on volume; there is nothing to apply for.
